Sorry!

I am really sorry to hear you are having problems viewing the live stream. Live streaming is complex. A number of technical elements have to work together to deliver a live broadcast. It could be your-end, our-end, or somewhere in between!

Please try these three things:

1) Refresh your browser page and click play on the video again.

2) Ask other members of your household to stop using the internet.

3) Switch it all off and on again! (including your modem/router/wifi)

If this hasn't helped please do not worry. In fact what I want you to do after 5-10 minutes of trying is give up completely, switch off, walk away, and save getting frustrated!

I have a backup plan. I will be recording the full performance on multiple devices, so please email me and I will be able to provide you with a link to watch the performance at a later date at the same great quality. (I'm sorry I will not be able to respond to your email on the actual night of the broadcast.)

Apologies once again, I promise to get the event to you in the following day or so. If for any reason I am unable to do this, and you purchased an individual ticket to the event, you will be issued with a full refund.
