Lakota

Dockside Revolutions will be setting the stage for our June edition of Jazz at the wonderful Lakota Gardens. Set under a beautiful stretch tent, this Covid-Secure venue offers a safe way to enjoy live music in a socially distanced setting and we’ve teamed up to bring you the best of Bristol’s jazz and blues scene.

Bristol’s finest salsa combo featuring Cuban singer Indira Roman, playing the best of old school salsa classics, to modern salsa mix ups.

Grown from underground latin jams in Bristol, this organic group has steadily grown into a well seasoned musical monster. Take a dollop of montuno mash, some horn buzzing chops, blend in a mix of vocal Cuban spices, and this exotic meal will supply you with enough salsa saltiness to feed your souls for a lifetime. Influences include Afro Cuban All Stars, Spanish Harlem Orchestra, Celia Cruiz and the Fania All Stars. Take warning though, heavy brass, percussive breaks and rhythmical richness may keep you awake into the early hours!

Please note that you only need to purchase one ticket for the show to book a table and a table can sit up to 6 people. Therefore if you can get 6 people together a £60 ticket would only cost £10 each
